Delivery Dockets; Commit Delivery Docket raises error message 'Invalid use of Null'.

If a Delivery Docket is raised from a Purchase Order which includes a line with no description error '94, Invalid use of Null' was raised.

Delivery Dockets can now be converted from Purchase Order where there are blank descriptions.
