New Zealand; added support for New Zealand Business Numbers

finPOWER Connect now supports New Zealand Business Numbers.

The NZBN is a 13-digit number which uniquely identifies a business in New Zealand. The first two digits are always "94", indicating New Zealand. The 13th digit is a check digit used to help prevent keying errors.

As of December 2013 all registered companies in New Zealand have been assigned a NZBN. In the future other business types, e.g. Sole Traders, will be issued with a NZBN.
