Calendars; "Add Holidays" updated for Australian State Public Holidays

Australian State public holidays have been updated as follows.

NSW

Easter Sunday added.

NT*

Labour Day now known as "Eight Hour/ Labour Day" May Day added, 1st Monday on May.

TAS

No longer adds Easter Saturday.

WA

No longer adds Easter Saturday. Western Australia Day added, 1st Monday in June.

In addition, adding holidays for the following States displays a warning:

ACT; Family and Community Day Public Holiday not added.

SA; March Public Holiday (Adelaide Cup) not added.

WA; Queen's Birthday Public Holiday not added.

These warnings indicate that the holidays weren't added becuase they are not fixed or have a rule to find the date.
