Bank Transaction drilldown; summary page now shows date funds will be cleared for a Payment

The Bank Transaction drilldown form's summary page, Summary block, now shows the date funds will be cleared (for a Payment).

Note, a warning will also show at the bottom of the summary block if the funds aren't yet cleared.

The following built-in summary pages have been updated:

"SummaryPage_BankTransactionView_TransactionsSummary" has been updated to version: 1.01 on 25/11/2013.
