Account Trial Balance Report; Pending Withdrawals, Available Credit columns not working correctly

The Account List Query and any Reports based upon it, e.g. the Account Trial Balance Report, do not correctly show Pending Withdrawals and Available Credit.

The Pending Withdrawals column is 0 and therefore the Available Credit is incorrect if there are any Pending Withdrawals.

In addition Uncleared Funds are not included correctly in the Available Credit columns.
