Quick Search; External Party results can now be pasted into Client fields

Quick Search results that represent External Parties can now be pasted into Client fields, e.g., the Clients grid on the New Account wizard.

Also, the Quick Search and External Parties forms now expose a list of Client Ids which can be pasted into Client ranges and other Client fields by right-clicking in the field and selecting a code from the menu.

NOTE: The list of records displayed when right-clicking in a field only includes the selected grid row (or top Quick Search result) unless you specifically select multiple grid rows.

The cached Client object behind the business layer's finAccountClient object was also not being cleared when the Client Id was being blanked. This meant that the preview below the Clients grid on the New Account wizard was not clearing when the Client Id was cleared.
