Disbursements; Reversing a disbursement fails with an error

Trying to reverse a Disbursement causes the following error "Failed to reverse Disbursement. No record was updated. This record may have been deleted or edited by another User.".

This occurs for an Account where the Disbursement is paid to the Account and the Withdrawal Transaction is not immediately after the Disbursement Transaction, i.e. there is another Transaction in-between, whether for this Account or another Account.
