Account Accept Decline Warnings changes

The following changes have been made to Account Warnings which are viewed via the Account Accept/ Decline wizard:

• The built-in Account Warnings Summary Page has been updated to a Summary Page (version 2) type Script and the layout refined.
• This Script is defined under Global Settings, Accounts, Scripts and can also be specified on the Account Type.
• Warnings are now generated at the business layer level in the finAccountAcceptDecline object.

NOTE: The new built-in Script does not support HTML Account warnings.
