Import Information; ExternalId can now be supplied instead of ClientId

When importing information the ExternalId of a Client can now be specified to denote a Client.

This may be used in the following places:

1. Element Account.Clients.Client.ClientId, for example .

2. Element Client.ContactMethod.LinkedClientId, for example .
