Clients form; Contacts page, invalid icon in 'Flags' column of grid

A Phone Number contact for a Client incorrectly includes the option "Supports Pager". This has been removed.

The "Supports MMS" option displayed an invalid icon in the Flags column of the Contact Methods grid.

In addition the "Supports Voice call" flag icon has changed to a microphone.
