Account Types; Credit Limit, "Overdue Limit Default" Threshold % value not saving

The Overdue Limit Default "Threshold %" value for Account Type Credit Limits was not saving.

In addition, the Account Type Details Report was incorrectly printing the following:

1. Credit Limits as whole numbers.
2. Over Limit Default Threshold printing to 4 decimal places.
