New Client wizard; Cannot access Joint Name details in Wizard Validator script

In the New Client wizard there was no way to access the Joint Name details in a Wizard Validator script.

This has been changed so the Joint Name details are passed through in the "targetObject2" parameter.

Note, if there is no Joint Name this parameter will be set to Nothing.
