Global Settings; Changes to Client and Web pages

The following changes have been made to Global Settings:

• The Client, Credit Bureau page has been removed and the Driver Licence Identification Type moved to the Client, General page.
• NOTE: The business layer setting finSettings.WebServices.CreditBureauIdentificationTypeId has been retained for compatibility reasons but a new setting, finSettings.DriversLicenceIdentificationTypeId has been added.
• The Web, General page has been removed and the settings moved to the Client, Web page.
