Account Control Report; "Show New Account Statistics?" and "Show Closed Account Statistics?" add into Closing Balance line

In the Account Control Report, if the "Show New Account Statistics?" or "Show Closed Account Statistics?" options are checked the "Closing Balance" total line is incorrect.

The values in these rows are incorrectly added into the Closing Balance line.
