Form Heading; Caption and Icon switch positions

On form heading the Caption and Icon switch positions when the form is refreshed.

Steps to recreate:

1. Open the Accounts form (with no record loaded).
2. Locate a Quote Account in the dropdown list and open it.
3. The Status icon appears to the left of the status text in the header.
4. Press F5.
5. The icon now appears to the right of the status text which is correct.
