Statistic Types; cannot import/ export via File, Import/ Export menu if not licensed for Advanced Clients Add-On

Statistic Types cannot be imported or exported via the File, Import/ Export menu unless licensed for the "Advanced Clients" Add-On.

They should be able to be imported/ exported based upon the "Client Statistics" Add-On.
