Publish Documents; if republishing documents, the Published date may display the incorrect day

In the Publish Documents wizard, if republishing documents, the "Published" date may display the incorrect day.

The Published date/ time is stored as a universal date, i.e. a Coordinated Universal Time aka GMT. This means that the date/ time is time-zone independent.

Unfortunately the "Published" date shown in this wizard did not adjust this date/ time back to the local time. Hence this date is often the day before the expected date.
