Account Quotations; new Permission Key on Element to prevent Users changing transactions for this Element

There is a new Permission Key on Elements to prevent a User changing transactions for this Element.

Note, this Permission Key applies to the finPOWER Connect User Interface only. It is useful if you have one set of Users that can change a value, but another that cannot.

This Permission Key is defined on the Element, on the Defaults page. Note, the Defaults page has been split into pages, Options and Defaults.

Note, this is in addition to the "Allow changes whilst Quote?" setting on the Account Type list of default Transactions. This works across all Users, whereas the Permission Key is applied to the finPOWER Connect User Interface only, i.e. they work in tandem to control data entry
