TxtStream SMS provider; not including Account (etc) code in ToName used in email reply from handset

The TxtStream SMS provider includes a "ToName" field that is sent back to the email reply address when they reply to the sms on their handset. It is not included with the SMS message sent.

This was not including the Account Name and code (or Client etc if that type selected).

Note, this change was added to more closely resemble the functionality included in finPOWER 5.

Warning, other SMS providers may not provide this functionality. Therefore we recommend you always include the Account code in the actual message.
