Transaction List; filtering by Branch, Entity or Ledger may not work as expected
Filtering the Transaction List by Branch, Entity or Ledger may not work as expected.
There are two issues:
1. If the default range for Branch or Ledger, set under User Preferences, Reporting is blank, then the respective filtering is not applied.
2. Transactions store the Branch the Account was in when the Transaction was created. However, the Account's Branch may be changed after a Transaction has been entered. The filters were referencing the Branch stored on the Transaction, they should have referenced the Branch on the Account. This meant Transactions might be incorrectly filtered for Branches and Entities.
