Page Sets; Account object is now available from the AccountFinancialFormClosed event

When the Account Financial form is closed, a Page Set Handler receives an 'AccountFinancialFormClosed' event. This event now has properties allow access to the Account and whether the form was cancelled.

NOTE: This is only useful when a temporary Account has been edited since the Account object will have been updated regardless of whether the form was cancelled or not.
