Calendars; adding holidays updated, especially for Australian Public Holidays

When adding new Holidays for a Calendar, the date range now defaults to the start of the current calendar year through to the end of next year. The "Clear all holidays" also now defaults checked and will only clear holidays within the range entered.

For Australian States the following changes have been made:

Over the last few years some States have amended their public holidays, including:

ACT

Labour Day is now the 1st Monday in October. Added Canberra Day, the 2nd Monday in March.

Note, the Bank Holiday (1st Monday in August) has not been added as the calendar may or may not be a banking calendar.

Note, the Family and Community Day has not been added as this changes from year to year based upon the ACT school terms and Labour Day.

NSW

Labour Day is now the 1st Monday in October.

NT

Added Picnic Day, the first Monday in August.

QLD

Queen's birthday is now the 2nd Monday in June.

Labour Day is now the 1st Monday in October.

SA

Labour Day is now the 1st Monday in October.

Note, the March Public Holiday has not been added as this may change from year to year by special Proclamation by the Governor.
