PPSR G2B (NZ), VedaXML AU and NZ; not returning correct error if Request Status code not 200 or 400

The PPSR G2B (NZ), VedaXML AU and VedaXML NZ web services may not return the correct error if the Response's status code is not 200 (Ok) or 400 (Bad Request).

If the PPSR G2B returns an error "The response received from New Zealand PPSR G2B was not a valid XML document or group of XML documents." this can indicate this problem.

Note, this issue is often the result of a firewall or proxy server sending back its own message, rather than what is expected from the web service.
