Centrix Consumer Default Load; now properly supports GNA and additional addresses

The Centrix Consumer Default Load service now properly supports GNA (Gone No Address) and additional addresses.

Previously, if the Client has no current address Centrix returned two errors "ES11: AddressLine1 is required for Current Address (Error)" and "ES12: One of Suburb or City is required for Current Address (Error)". Now the last known address is sent as the current address and the "GNA" flag is set to True.

All previous physical addresses, not included as the current or previous address, are sent as additional addresses.

In addition, addresses sent to Centrix now include the "Effective" or start date of the address.
