Built-in Account Payment Details Summary Page updated to Version 2

The built-in Account Payment Details Script has been updated to a Summary Page (version 2) type Script.

Any Scripts using the "#builtin" directive will be updated during the database upgrade process to now use 'SummaryPage_Account_Payments', existing built-in Scripts that have been expanded will remain as is.

This also affects the Account Key Details report which uses this Script when displaying the Payment Details HTML sub-report.
