Built-in Account Payment Arrangement Summary Page updated to Version 2

The built-in Account Payment Arrangement Summary Script has been updated to a Summary Page (version 2) type Script.

Any Scripts using the "#builtin" directive will be updated during the database upgrade process to now use 'SummaryPage2_AccountPaymentArrangements_PaymentArrangementSummary', existing built-in Scripts that have been expanded will remain as is.

NOTE: This Script is also used to display the popup summary available from the Accounts form, Status page and from the Task Manager, Workflow Summary.
