Payment Arrangements; Promises may be incorrectly failed

A Payment Arrangement promise may be incorrectly failed, even if paid, under some circumstances.

If a Payment was due on the day of the Arrangement, then the promise may fail as the payment due today was not correctly taken into account.

Note, Payment Arrangements now include both the Overdue value (i.e. due prior to the date of the Arrangement) and the Overdue value due on the date of the Arrangement.

The sample template "Script_AccountProcesses_PaymentArrangementPromises" has been updated to version 2.00. You must update this script for this change to work.
