Grids; New User Preference to save Grid Layouts on demand rather than when a Form is closed

A new setting has been added under Tools, User Preferences, General, User Interface. This setting is 'Save Grid Layouts when Form is closed?' and, when not checked, means that Grid Layouts will not be saved when a Form is closed. They will be saved when the 'Save Defaults' button below a grid is clicked.

NOTE: This only applies to grids with a 'Save Defaults' button.

If this item is checked (the default), layout saving will remain as per version 1 of finPOWER Connect, i.e., the grid layout will be saved upon closing the form and clicking the 'Save Defaults' button will save options but NOT the grid layout.
