Account Close wizard; Wizard Validator script fails to update Payment details

The Wizard Validator script for the Account Close wizard may fail to update Payment detail properties if the Balance Due is negative, i.e. a Refund.

Note, clicking Back and Next may cause the properties to be set the second time.

The list of Payment Methods depends on whether the balance due is positive or negative, i.e. the whether incoming or outgoing methods are valid. This caused the wizard validator changes to be invalidated.
