Database combobox; if User Preference "Use Client dropdowns" unchecked Name is not refreshed under some circumstances

Under User Preferences, General, Performance page there are settings "Use Client/ Account/ etc dropdowns?".

When unchecked, the Name or Description to the right of the code may not refresh correctly.

Steps to recreate:

1. Ensure User Preferences, Performance, Use Client Dropdowns is unchecked.
2. Open a Client.
3. Open the Credit Enquiry form, using the Client menu.
4. Right-click in the Client box and paste the Client Id. The Name is updated by default
5. Without moving to another control, delete the Client Id.
6. Move to the next control, the Name is not removed.
