New Database wizard; creating a new SQL Server database may give a simple error "Failed to get Server Group List." when refreshing Group
In the New Database wizard, Destination page for a SQL Server database, clicking the "Refresh" button on the "SQL Server Login Group" may give the error "Failed to get Server Group List." when refreshing the Group.
To recreate, check "Using the following Credentials" and enter an invalid User Id and Password.
This message should include more information, for example:
Failed to get Server Group List.
Failed to open Database.
Failed to initialise Database connection.
Failed to login using the supplied SQL Server UserId and Password.
This may be due to one of the following:
1. A User with the credentials you supplied does not exist on the SQL Server.
2. You attempted to connect to the SQL Server using your application login details and no SQL Server User with these credentials exists.
