Account Credit Bureau Defaults; Split Status into two comboboxes

In both the individual and bulk Account Credit Bureau Defaults, the Status field has been split into two items.

The first status entered is "Active" or "Closing" and the sub-status then only shows relevant statuses.

This allows easier data entry, especially knowing which statuses close the Default.
