Built-in Summary Pages updated to Version 2 Summary Pages

The built-in Client Key Details Script has been updated to a Summary Page (version 2) type Script.

Any Scripts using the "#builtin" directive will be updated during the database upgrade process to now use 'SummaryPage2_Client_KeyDetails', existing built-in Scripts that have been expanded will remain as is.

When creating a new database, the New Company wizard will now create a Key Details page for Clients using this new Script and assigning it a code of 'KEY.CLIENT' as with previous versions of the system.
