Account Statements; after a Restructure the next statement's from date is incorrect

After a Restructure the next statement for an Account has the incorrect "From Date".

It should continue from the previous "last statement", but was printing the original date the Account was opened.

Note, the fix only applies for Accounts restructured after the version has been installed.
