Business Layer; finBatchBank.ExecuteCommit may fail with a "Cannot commit an unsaved batch" error

The finBatchBank business layer object's ExecuteCommit method may fail with a "Cannot commit an unsaved batch" error.

This occurs if the batch is loaded and then immediately committed without individual lines being referenced and is related to the "Dirty" flag being set incorrectly in the commit.

Note, this issue does not occur within finPOWER Connect itself.
