Transaction Entry; default Reference, Value and Notes from Element now applied

In Transaction Entry the Reference, Value and Note columns are now updated from the Element's Transaction defaults when the Element is changed.

Note, the Transaction Type controls whether the Element column is shown, and hence whether it can be updated. The Transaction Type also controls the default Reference, Value and Notes for the batch.

Note, if the Reference, Value and Note defaults are all blank then the details aren't updated.
