Account table; add denormalised totals for Advances, Deposits, Costs and Refinance transactions.

Totals for Transactions have been added to the Account table. These denormalised totals can be used to get totals for the Account without having to sum Transaction records - resulting in better performance within finPOWER Connect.

Separate totals exist for the Element types Advance, Deposit, Cost and Refinance. By summing these a "Total Advanced" value can be obtained.

In addition a "BalanceOpening" column has been added to the AccountArchive table. This is equivalent to the "Total Advanced" on the Loan.

Given these changes, an "Opening Balance" column has been added to the Client form, Accounts grid.

Note, the database upgrade will update the Account totals, for both Quote, Open and Closed Accounts. However, existing Archived Accounts are not updated.
