Account Close/ Refinance wizard; Notes not defaulted from Information List

In the Account Close wizard the "Notes" field on the first page is not defaulted from its Information List when the "Method" is changed.

In the Account Refinance wizard the default "Notes" is not applied from the "AccountCloseNoteRefinanc" information list.
