New Client wizard; Communication flags and Tax Category not being updated correctly

Several issues have been fixed in the New Client wizard.

Communication Flags
If the Client Group is changed the General and Marketing Communication flags may not be correctly set. Only the main flag is checked/ unchecked and the sub-checkboxes are not correctly enabled/ disabled.

Tax Category
If the Client Type is changed the Tax Category is updated but other fields are not enabled/ disabled based upon this. The Resident checkbox was not updated based upon the Tax Category, it will now be updated to match the Tax Category.
