Summary Pages no longer refresh HTML when not required

When moving between pages on a form that includes summary pages, e.g., the Clients form with a 'Key Details' page, every time the summary page was displayed, the HTML would be reloaded thereby losing any text selections etc.

This is no longer the case. HTML is only reloaded when it has changed.
