Clients form; Profile page; New Global Settings to define 'Other' captions

A new section 'Define Profile Other captions' has been added to the Global Settings, Clients, General page.

These settings define the captions used to describe the 'Other' Communication settings on the Clients form, Profile page and also on the Client Details report.
