Security Types; Boat base type, Type information list had incorrect Tooltip

Under Security Types, Boat base type, the Type information list had an incorrect Tooltip.

It stated "Type: The Type|Style Information List to use for this Security Type", it should read "Type: The Boat Type|Hull Information List to use for this Security Type".

The "Hull Type" dropdown is a sub-list of the "Type" information list.
