The Process, Send Email Message wizard "Outlook Contact" type may not retrieve the correct email address for an Exchange email contact.

It returns emails address like the following "/o=ExchangeLabs/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX)/cn=Recipients/cn=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
