Clients; if deceased individual should not show Age

If the Client is a deceased individual, the Age should not be shown. Instead the text "Deceased" should be displayed.

The Client form, New Client wizard, Client Details Report and Client Key details summary page have been updated.

Note, Sole Traders and Person Acting for Organisations can have a Date of Birth - but cannot be amended to "deceased".
