Business Layer; new option, when comparing addresses, to ignore changes in Address and Instructions
The ISAddressDetails Business Layer object's CompareTo function has two new parameters to ignore changes in the Addressee and Instructions properties. The new properties are:
<b>compareAddressee</b> Indicates whether to compare Addressee (default is True).
<b>compareInstructions</b> Indicates whether to compare Instructions (default is True).
