Global Settings; "User Flag" captions can now be defined

Under Account Types, Contact Methods, Documents and Workflow Types there a 2 or 3 "User Flags" that can be defined.

These were simply described using a caption "User Flag A", "User Flag B" or "User Flag C" - which is pretty meaningless and easy to forget what they are used for.

Now, under Global Settings, you can define the captions to use for these User Flags. Up to 50 characters can be used to describe the flag.

Note, the Document Details Report was not printing the User Flags - this has been fixed.
