Contact Method Icons; updated

Contact Method Icons have changed as follows:

"Building1" is now "Building"
"Email1" and "Email2" are now "Email"
"Fax1" and "Fax2" are now "Fax"
"House1", "House2", "House3" and "House4" are now "House"
"Mail1" is now "Mail"
"Mobile1", "Mobile2" and "Mobile3" are now "Mobile"
"MobileMMS1" and "MobileMMS2" are now "SMS"
"Phone1", "Phone2" and "Phone3" are now "Phone"
"Web1" is now "Website"

"AOL1", "ICQ1", "InternetPhone1", "Messenger1" and "Pager1" have been removed.

The Database upgrade will amend existing Contact Methods with these changes.

Note, the New Company wizard no longer adds a Contact Method for "Pager".
