Bank Export services; new "WBC All Payment Type" Export Service added for Australia

A new Bank Export service "WBC All Payment Type" has been added for Australia. This supports the Westpac Bank's All Payment Type (APT) 'DOM' and 'RTGS' Direct Credit files.

A "DOM" or Domestic file is created for Westpac BSBs, i.e. those starting with "03" or "73". All other BSB's are exported in the "RTGS" file.

NOTE: Payments are set for "immediate payment".

This export is slightly different from others because it creates two files. If the filename entered is "BankAPT.txt", the files created are "BankAPT_DOM.txt" and "BankAPT_RTGS.txt".

NOTE: There is a limit per file of 99 credit records, but this is not currently checked in finPOWER Connect.
