Transaction and Bank Transaction batches; now support an option to ignore Entity date checks

Transaction and Bank Transaction batches now support an option to ignore Entity date checks. This allows transactions to be backdated prior to the begin date and future dated past the end date.

This option can be set in a script on the finBatch or finBatchBank object using the "IgnoreEntityTransactionDateCheck" property.

Note, in addition the Business Layer will now refresh the Entities collection at the beginning of the commit to ensure the latest data is used.
