Statement VBA document; fails to run in standalone mode

The Statement VBA document fails to run in standalone mode. It errors with a "Failed to open ADO Recordset" message.

To recreate:

1. Using the standard NZ demo database, open Admin, Documents.
2. Select the 'LS' Loan Statement document.
3. Click the 'Run Document' action.
4. Click 'Next' twice and then 'Finish'.

Note, only Statement Cycle "On Demand" print in standalone mode.

The Word VBA document "Loan_Statement.dot" has been update on 16/05/2013 to version 1.17.
